26.5.16     Added warning on startup if insufficient tick data available for chart to load and resolution set to tick (NT8 'bars to load' limitation)

            Delta change circles are now delta change triangles. You can enable 'legacy circles' via settings, if you wish. Slightly increased size of legacy circles if variable width delta is on.
