            Add support for crypto based volumes
            Add Crypto max volume decimals in data settings
            fix minor bug with max detected vfi for background shading in data grid
            fix bug for correct min/max delta in data grid on live bar
            make text overflow for numbers in profile cells dynamic (fit numbers better without wrap in some cases)
            make max vol at width apply to split buy/sell volume widths (stop outlier volume domonating)
            split buy/sell side profile cells are now width adjusted for the center candle width and candle buffer space
            Exclude current (live) bar from min/max stats for background shading, etc.
