It also includes a number of rendering fixes and stability improvements designed to improve day-to-day workflow and chart performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a recommended upgrade for all users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlights of this Release<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expanded VFI integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Volume Flow Indicator (VFI) functionality has been integrated more deeply throughout the platform and no longer requires an external dependency. VFI data is now available directly within the data grid, analytics tools, plots, and AlgoBars conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New features include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VFI display support in the data grid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic VFI background opacity options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VFI availability within pjsProfileBarsPlots for external access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VFI support within AlgoBars variables, including historical references<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corrections to VFI handling within Data Analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These additions allow VFI information to be used more consistently across chart analysis and automation workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AlgoBars enhancements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AlgoBars functionality continues to expand with additional variables, fixes and usability improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New enhancements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support for <code>true<\/code> and <code>false<\/code> expressions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixes for parenthesised expressions and arithmetic conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New trapped buyer and trapped seller signal detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjustable opacity options for chart markers and background highlighting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional documentation and examples<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These changes make it easier to build more advanced logic while improving reliability and readability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visual and charting improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Several visual enhancements have been added to improve chart clarity and profile presentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improved session profile updating for long duration bars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Better handling of overlapping drawing elements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamically scaled fonts inside block trade circles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved delta POC highlighting and number rendering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-scaling font support for fixed-size chart elements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Better opacity handling for imbalance and On Balance Volume visualisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional options have also been added to improve customisation and readability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workflow and usability improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Smaller workflow improvements have also been introduced throughout the platform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right-click menu additions for quickly enabling metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click-to-scale data grid font sizing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced compiler warnings and internal code cleanup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved startup hardening and diagnostics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert tab hidden by default for cleaner layouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As with previous releases, many smaller fixes and refinements are also included throughout the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest version can be downloaded from the pjsProfileBars download page and installed by importing the package into NinjaTrader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are encouraged to review the full <a href=\"https:\/\/pjsmith.me.uk\/index.php\/docs\/pjsprofilebars\/release-notes\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"2345\">release notes<\/a> for a detailed list of all changes, improvements and fixes included in this update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Release of pjsProfileBars A new version of pjsProfileBars for NinjaTrader 8 has been released and is now available for download.
