Ninjatrader 7 Geiger Counter (sounds on tick up/down/bar high/low)

By July 14, 2016August 9th, 2019Tech

I am a user of the NinjaTrader trading platform. This is an indicator I wrote to get a feel of the market audibly.  It’s surprising how effective this can be and frees your eyes up for other things. I thought I would share it freely in case it is useful to others.

I would not suggest using uptick / downtick sounds on really fast markets like /ES. It will not be able to play the sounds fast enough.

Features

Configurable to play tick or tock sounds

Either on bar high / low or uptick / downtick

You can replace the tick.wav and tick2.wav sounds with your own if you wish. I choose tick tock clock sounds as I find them unobtrusive and rather relaxing to listen to.

Download

New download COMING SOON

You will also need to 2 audio files, here. Extract them to your program files\NinjaTrader 7\sounds folder

I downloaded this but your instructions say various references are required for the indicator to work. How/where do I find these reference files? thanks.
